"FILE: B......................... NAMES: ............................... - PASSPORT REQUEST."

Congragulations. From what i recall, you send your passports on the 30th december, did you get them back already and if you did, when did you get them?

We didn't post our passports but went to the Immigration Office in person and we received our passports back on the same day.
