Dear All nominated guys

Let's discuss here steps of e-APR after you get ITA, and discuss any doubt or issue we face.

All the best

Great idea, please share your experience with us.
I'm expecting an ITA with the next draw. My score is 980

1. Get you PCC's for all the countries you need. You current country of residence, and any other country you've lived for up to 6 months. Make sure you include LOE for any county you've lived and you haven''t provided the PCC
2. Schedule your Medicals. In some countries, you have to book an appointment, in others you can walk in. But it has to be a CIC designated hospital. You can't use your doctor.
3.Depending on the province that nominated you, you should already have most of the other required documentation, like you biodata page of your passport, passport photo in CIC requirement, marriage certificates, etc. However, eAPR is done online. Al attachment limit is 4Mb, so you might need to reduce the size of your docs. You can use any PDF pro software or smallpdf online.
4. get you POF document in CIC format.
5. For all PNs, Schedule 4/4A is required. CIC will request you to fill it and submit it at a later date. However, in my case i filled it upfront and attached it with my LOE. I haven't been asked for it so far.
6. Ensure yu explain anything you want the VO to know in your LOE - visa refusals, unconventional POF docs etc.

Wow, this a good proactive step. Your VO should be pleased. I didn't attach so I was asked for it 3 days after my AOR.

What is PNs?
What Schedule A/4A is about? Is it a normal form?
PN's - Provincial Nominees
Those forms are standard CIC forms.

Got it - thank you.

My passport is about to expire (Sep 2016) and I'm expecting an ITA on Jan 2016 - Do I have to renew it now?

Is it an easy process to inform CIC and Ontario that I changed my passport and so got a new passport number?

My wife is pregnant and cannot do xray radio. According to what I read our case will be on standby mode untill delivery.

Anyone can please asnwer this for me?

No, I wrote a LOE in place of 4A.
