Got my Pr refused at the border

Open work permit for 3 years but it’s going to expire in September my AINP got revoked because the CBSA officer called them and I wa snot working for the same employer
Can I apply in this case??

On what basis are you eligible to apply for an Open Work Permit? If it was a PGWP or a BOWP, you almost certainly are not eligible for an extension. Why do you have an OWP currently?

PGWP but I have to apply for my express entry for that I need it.

OP is still holding a PGWP. BOWP is usually issued for a year. I don't see there is any basis for an BOWP seeing that you haven't applied for EE and didn't submit any PR application. Only after you receive AOR from the PR application then you may apply for a BOWP. But time is running out since you only have up til Sept to apply.

PGWP is non-extendable and is only available one time. You can't apply for a new OWP. Until you hear back formally about your aborted PR application, a new BOWP is not viable either, even if you reapplied for PR.

If you didn't change provinces, that would clearly indicate that you have an entirely different problem.

So what happened to your case? You got refused?
