Is it ok to put up funds in my acct for my POF after i have received my LAA? is there any problem with that? let's say i put in funds in my account 20 days after i received my LAA letter before i now print my bank statement and submit my complete application package?

Would love a detailed response to this if possible

If you are applying for express entry then they will ask for 6 months bank history, for paper based 3 months bank history.

There will be a problem because you need at least 3 months bank statement to submit. It will be better if your bank account has been opened at least 6 months to 1 year for them to know that there is consistent money coming in to your account (not just borrowed/loaned because they have ways of finding out) as proof that you are able to support yourself when you arrive in MB.

I only did ECA for my masters degree, now my agent in Manitoba is saying I have to do another ECA for my bachelors degree that Manitoba will request for it during the course of assessment. If you are applying under express entry, then you need ECA for every degree you are claiming points for.
