Got married in the middle of PR Process. How to send add-on request through IRCC webform?

Hello,
I got married in the middle of PR Process and also i informed ircc through web form. They responded me back to "we invite you to send your add-on request through the IRCC webform available on our website. You can attach the following forms and documents in the field reserved to that effect".

Is that means, i just have to upload those documents through webform or what is it? please advice thanks
