Got LMIA of SASKATCHEWAN without UCI number is a real or fake one?

Hi can anybody guide me I have received the LMIA letter but it does not have the UCI number. My agent is saying this LMIA letter its only for paper based application. he is saying he had submitted the file to Nova scotia but he is not showing me the acknowledgement

What to do on this

contact direct SINP and confirm them. By sending email here. immigration@gov.sk.ca
Attach scanned copy of that LMIA to check it's truth.

If u don't want to disclose your identity then u can use any email address to ask.
