hello dear forum members,

i got ITA on Nov. 2, with LMIA of 600 points and my score was 905, but i declared my IELTS as 8,7,7,6, i was preparing for IELTS and finally i got score of 8,7,7,6.5 yesterday, what should i do as i have deadlines to submit eAPR on or before 2nd Jan 2017, i am scared if i submit, my full eAPR and may be rejected , and i will never get 600 points again, just 50 score, and i would have then score of 365 only, and there are also chances that there will be misrepresentation charges as i filled wrong score in express entry profile,i am also thinking to write LOE to consider substituted evaluation.I dont know what to do and very stressed now, please advise what to do and what may happen in my case as i have newIELTS score which is must to meet the criteria.can i edit the score with fresh TRF.

Simply edit the score in your post ITA application and do NOT attract any attention to that. No LOE required. Proceed with application submission.

All the best!

Thanks Asivad,

Simple question, What did you expect to happen? Why you introduce a score that you can't prove?

Your actual is 8,7,7,6.5 or 8,7,7,5.5??

thanks,
the actual was 8.7.7.5.5 when creating the profile but i filled 8.7.7.6 while creating the express entry profile, and on 2nd December ,2016 i got 8.7,7,6.5(new score), can i edit now, and would there be affect after submitting the eAPR.

i had LMIA but i was not getting the 6 in writing, and i had a test date for 19th november, i thought i would definitely improve my score and can edit it later, but i heard the application may be rejected now.

Do what Avisad said, you're fine.

Guys,

Just wanted to clarify one thing;

For MEC category, you need an overall of 6 band and not individual 6 band.

I know a person who has passed R10 and A11.2 checks (as per her gcms notes) under MEC category and she didnt had 6 in each.

So, i guess you are good to go.

Correct me if i am wrong.

i am not CEC, i am FSW overseas, and i read i need 6 each (clb level 7), though i already got the new score 8,7,7,6.5, and ready to submit the eAPR after ITA, but scared from R10 and A11.2, as it may affect my application as i declared 8,7,7,6 while the actual was 8,7,7,5.5

Of course you will be rejected for misrepresentation and probably banned from Canada.

Forget the ITA, return to the pool and wait for the next draw.

If i return to the pool then score will be 365, will never get ITA again i think.

Well, actually this time you didn't got ITA legally.

If they ignore your EE profile history (ielts registration number, date), you are lucky, otherwise you are screwed. Depends if you want to take chances.

When exactly did you get the IELTS result? Was it before or after ITA?
