This is a clear cut case of falsifying information. Declining and starting afresh is the best course of action, which you are doing now. All the best for further draws. Pls check SINP as well. They are inviting applications for Occupation In Demand category for last couple of months.

i declined the ITA just now, yes you are right i researched today that my job is in sinp high demand list, i will take that route now and would get 600 points for sure again,this option is better now, i think next intake threshold will open of Saskatchewan in December 2016 or Jan. 2017, my documents already ready and already created profile on SINP.
