got ITA on Nov.2, but declared ielts score 8,7,7,6,actual was 8,7,7,5.5, plz adv

No matter how much you try to justify it, the fact remains that when you got your ITA, your actual IELTS was lesser than what you claimed it to be.
This is a clear cut case of falsifying information. Declining and starting afresh is the best course of action, which you are doing now. All the best for further draws. Pls check SINP as well. They are inviting applications for Occupation In Demand category for last couple of months.

i declined the ITA just now, yes you are right i researched today that my job is in sinp high demand list, i will take that route now and would get 600 points for sure again,this option is better now, i think next intake threshold will open of Saskatchewan in December 2016 or Jan. 2017, my documents already ready and already created profile on SINP.

You must have horseshoes to also have a job in the demand list! It's the right decision. Now go treat yourself to a lottery ticket. I think you are a very lucky person.
