Finally i received account details by Scotia bank. Found email in my inbox about registration at the scotia bank secure email system. After registration to scotia email system i found account details in it. I applied on 19 may and one of friend applied on 12 may but we both received account details on same day. Hope it helps and gives hope to people whom are waiting for GIC.
