Got defred to january can i go in august?

I was supposed to start my program in sept 2017. The college directed to scan and email the study permit before 15 july. But the visa got refused. I then applied again and got the visa. But the college defered me to January 2018. Can i go now in September?

You can - but you won't be able to work until your classes start until January. So if you're going four months early, you'll need to make sure you have the additional funds that will be required to support yourself for these extra months without working. You may be asked to show that you have these additional proof of funds when you arrive in Canada to satisfy border officials you have no plans to work illegally.
