Hi Folks
I have few questions
1)I recently got PPR email and will be submitting passports and will be planning a soft landing soon . My question is after i get my CAD PR , will i have any issues with my Green card process ?My employer has started my PERM process so i have a long way to go so i was wondering seeing the Canadian stamps on my passport will affect my GC process or H1B transfers (if any)?
I understand i would have to meet Residency requirements and in the end i will choose one , however this won't be until i have a US GC ( which looks like its a long way to go).
Anybody who has successfully got their GC can please share their experience
2)My second question is :
Can i work full time for a startup company in canada remotely and stay in US and still have my days counted towards residency requirements ? Will this be in accord with the H1B visa rules since i will be in US ?
3) How do people that stay away from US-CA border manage to maintain their PR if you don't have a leisure to work from home ?
Any help is much appreciated
