Got an email from the ircc webform, that my Form of representative needs to be signed by hand, but the date is incorrect

I forgot to add a representative, so I submitted a webform, now however they are asking me to send a signed form with both mine and my fathers signature on the 5th of may. I am in Canada and my dad is in the US, however I accidentally wrote the date as 2025-05-01, (when it was 5th may, my father did the same). Can that document still work. I couriered the document to the US.

You don't need to courier anything, just print it out and sign it.

And no issue dating it earlier than it was actually signed if that was what you meant.

Yeah I printed it out, and signed it then I made my father (representative) also sign it, but he was in the US so I had to post the documents to him.

My only gripe is that our initial representative form had the sign dates as May 2nd. The new hand signed one is May 1st , I did not even realize it before sending it, I really hope its not an issue

You can scan it and send it as well to be printed out and signed by other party.
