Got acceptance in SIAST. But having a question friend

Hello friends, I need your help.i got conditional offer letter from SIAST in electronics technician certificate program at Kelsey campus in Saskatoon. But the study duration is for only 8 months.total week is 30. My question is that will it effect my visa chance.

What kind of visa? SP? Then , no. But if you are going for PR in the end, with 8 months program it will be difficult to get.
