Got 67% in Btech CSE and 6.5 in ielts not less than 6, am i eligible for masters?

Hello,

I got 67% in BTECH in Computer Science and IELTS (6.5), I am curious to know whether I can apply for masters in computer science or engineering. I was also looking for masters in networking if that is possible. Otherwise I would have to go for Diplomas in networking.
