Goods to follow question

I'm landing in a few days.

For the goods I'm bringing and following, I can just do them in a word doc?

I don't actually have any goods to follow. I will be transferring money after I land though. Do I have to write that down?

I also took some stuff (clothes and small stuff) over in the summer. Do I write those down?

Do I include dogs in 'goods accompanying' list? I'm couriering 2 rescue dogs for families in Toronto.
