Hi
I did my landing in April 2010 as an immigrant and had filled out a goods to follow document B4A(05) - Due to residential reasons I did not get this stuff imported in until now, as my relatives were holding on to it for me.
Now that I have moved in into my own home my question is can I get this stuff shipped to me tax free under the same document as it was never used or do I need to fill out a new form. Thank you.

yes, as long as the items were listed on the orignial b4 form when you landed, there is no limit of time for bringing items over tax-free. this was confirmed at my landing when i asked the immigration officers if there was a time limit.
