Hello!

If you are looking for newcomer information you can visit NextStopCanada.ca and they will reefer you to the organizations you need and give you pre-arrival information and tips about the process of moving to Canada. They are IRCC funded and they offer information from employment and education to housing and recreation. Just Chat with a Specialist and ask them your questions.

Best of luck!

Hi. I will be moving to saskatoon from India with my wife and 5 months old kid in dec 2016.

Would like to know the good and safe places to stay near to market or malls. Should be near corporate hub too.

Pls suggest some areas which are good from family standpoint.

Yes. We visited in both Saskatoon as well as Regina. Wonderful source of information on all settlement related services. They will also provide resources for copying and printing as well as internet access. Do not forget to visit the Open Door Societies in both cities.

We are very pleased with their services in both cities.

Avoid downtown...

Try Lawson Heights and anywhere in the east side and south. Avoid the west and north areas.

Areas like Stonebridge, Evergreen, Willowgrove are some of the nicer areas. Nutana, Varsity View are great, but a bit pricey.
