Hello experts! :)

I'm on study permit right now which is valid until March 2017. My classes will end second week of December and I'm planning to go home to my home country on December for 1 month. So I'll be back on January. Question is, would I have a problem going back here? Some people are saying that I might have a problem going back because I'm done with my studies. But I said that I still have a valid visa and permit. So I'm really confused right now. And do I need ETA? That's for visa-free country only right? thank you so much! :)

If you are done with your program by December, you can leave the country, but you will need to renter the country by applying to Post Grad work permit. You have 90 days from the end of your studies to apply for PGWP. If you don,t start another program, even though your study permit expires only in 2017, it will expire by law 90 days after the end of your program.
