paper PNP application is 14 months now (?)

you can have application for both EE and Paper PNP, and you can withdraw PNP one when EE goes through.

What province? BC?

If so, they have paused PNP for now, and you're looking at 14-16 months.

Express entry BC. Processing time is roughly 3 months..

they are only accepting express entry PNP which is what this person would be eligible for

This was in a thread about not trusting Express Entry. I was referring to paper applications.
