Going ahead to Canada B4A form

Family moving back to Canada very shortly and because the properties (house and other properties) have not managed to sell I have decided to go ahead and the wife will come later. The wife is the applicant and I am the sponsor.

So am asking on the B4A forms
should I declare everything that is coming including all children and wife's items or
can we split these so I declare my things and wife declares her items.

It might complicate with the movers later as have to forward two declarations to them but it makes it simple for me as wife has not decided on what she is bringing. Also she has not had valuable items properly valued.
