"Given biometrics, but can't see biometric details on GCKey? Post here!"

Think there is some technical glitch in their system :(

So you're experiencing the same thing. Given biometrics, have the details on passport, but on the IRCC website there are no details and also no status update. :( Please keep me updated..

They are saying they've forwarded everything to IRCC :rolleyes:
 
I thought i'll wait this weekend and then raise a webform.. If that doesn't work then just go again and give biometrics
 
In the same situation. I enrolled in my biometrics on 5/10, but no updates yet.
I reported a technical issue for that and got a reply after two weeks " we confirm that the biometrics were received, but not yet assessed, by the responsible office."
Just don't know what to do next... It usually takes few hours to assess and complete the Biometrics.

Same situation, I checked on the IRCC site ans confirmed that they my bio on file.

I checked and got this result as below, would it be considered as Biometrics passed? TIA.
