GIC under NON SDS from outside india

Hii... i have Indian nationality but I live in Spain and I have Spain PR... i have indian address on my passport... i want to know that how can i open a GIC account from Spain in cibc and pay in your euros???
if with Indian address .... then I don't have an account in India...
with indian address ... can I pay from spain in euros???

You can certainly open an GIC account in CIBC from Spain , when you initiate the GIC process you'll be asked for the country that you live in now. So you should select Spain and you have the option of paying in Euros or paying in CAD for 1.5% program fees. However in the next steps you'll asked to enter you Passport details, here arises the problem of address and payment currency. So I suggest you to call CIBC and ask their input on the situation since you don't have Spain passport.
