GIC : Send Instructions to versus Beneficiary Bank Information

Soon, I would be transferring money for GIC. I have created an account & recd an email from them. The email mentioned I have to send instructions to & beneficiary bank information.

I received a form from my bank which ask for Beneficiary Bank Information, but not Send Instructions to ? I'm wondering what is the Send Instructions To in the GIC email used for.
