GIC refund **URGENT**

Hi All..

One of my friend whose Visa got rejected applied for GIC refund from Scotia Bank . But its been six months now and they never replied to any of his mails.

Can you please suggest how can we proceed further as they are not even replying to any of his mails..

call scotia bank, if it still doesn't work.
find out the email of some higher position guy and send them emails and see the result.

Actually he mailed to all representatives including the president of sotia bank in the loop, but still they didnt respond . Finally he posted a complaint in their official page in facebook and some one responded . Hopefully its in processing now, though they are saying they need some time.

well, I got refund in 35 days
