Hello! I'm having trouble understanding how to fill the remittance form provided by my bank for the GIC payment. The Canadian bank gave specific instructions but I do not know what information goes to which blank provided on the form given by my bank.
The Canadian bank wrote " send instructions to" and gave 2 different forms of beneficiary information.
Beneficiary bank information (field 57) and beneficiary information ( field 59 ). What does the term "field" here refer to. It's all very confusing. Do I write my name or the name of my bank? Do I write the bank's address or my own? There's two different swift codes provided, which one do I use?
