GIC is not available in my country

I've planned to open a GIC account to support my visa application, but today I've read on the Scotiabank website that the GIC program they offer is only available for nationals of India, Vietnam, Philippines and China.

I think ICICI also offers this kind of service, but in their overview page (http://www.icicibank.ca/personal/newcomers/overview.page) the instructions are for India only.

Is this program available for Morocco too?

For the other countries that aren't mentioned, e.g Pakistan, is there any applicant from these countries that was able to get their GIC done prior submitting their study permit applications?

No, the GIC program is only available for India, Vietnam, Philippines and China only. The GIC program is for the Student Direct Stream (SDS) , which is only available in those 4 countries.
