i have submitted my gic funds on 30 October , and i have not received my gic certificate till date 5 November its been 5 working days, i am worried now as my process is going to be delay

Yes ...on 7 October .i just want to ask you am i late for applying the visa

I haven't got the certificate .I paid last Friday .even I also haven't applied yet
