I mailed my TT copy to scotia bank on 2nd of july, can neone tell me what is the expected date, i'll receive my GIC Certificate.?

You mailed it from your secure email id as a reply?

I have spoken to the Customer service multiple times and they always ask to atleast wait for 10 business days for total processing. Also two days, July 1st and 2nd were off for Canada day apparently. So take that into account!

It will take 5 working days , just call them.

Yes i replied thru secure email service
The mail id was the same i used for sending my gic application form
