I has applied for Canada PR in October 2018 and now I got the entry visa to enter into Canada which is valid until 17th September 2019. I have heard that at the time of first entry to Canada, one needs to make something called GIC bank account. I need a complete info. about it such as how to make one, what are the prerequisites of this etc.
