I got same problem as well I paid GIC 11th July but there were some confusion with my name and they sent my Money back to account I resent money 25 July again I'm worried about visa processing time
Shall we get visa or not if we submit our application near 10th augest

Its written on checklist given by cic that, if you apply after 1 august for september intake, your application may not be assessed normally, and your application may refuse.

This is what exactly written there;
We strongly recommend that you submit your application at least three months
ahead of your proposed date of travel. Applications that are received after 01 April
for May entry, after 01 August for September entry and after 01 December for
January entry will not normally be processed in time for the start of classes and
may be refused.

GIC (as told by my counsellor) will take exactly 1 week of working days from the day wire transfer was successfuly done.So check their holidays or weekends, and calculate your days.Hope it helps.

Is GIC applicable if applying under Study Direct Stream? Is 30 days processing for this program means 30 days, no more no less?
