I have been told that for the visa process for canada, there is a new system in which u have to create a gic account and deposit 10050$ CAD into nova scotia bank as the accomodation fees for 1 year in canada. For this i will receive a gic certificate which then i have to attach with my visa application form.
the tuition fees is 15000-20000 $ for 1 year according to the program separate from this living expense which i have to pay in advance too.

is this the only process we can go through for admission into spp colleges or is there any other process too ::)?

dear, initially gic sum was 10,100 dollars kncluding administration charges, rules have been changed wef 1 may 2015,now the administration fees is increased $100. so when transferring it is to be exact 10,250 dollars.
