Getting university tranfer.....please help!!

Experienced members please help regarding this

I have got visa for a one year course in centennial college and i want to study for 2 years to get 3 year pgwp.
So can i have a transfer to university or should i opt for seperate 1 year course in university.

Or i extend my course in the same college

My grades are as follows
10th 84%
12th 79%
B tech 67%(electronics and communication)

Which university should i try for...any advice would be thankful.....pls suggest

The only one or two year courses universities offer are Masters degrees. So your first step would be to find out if you meet the entry requirements for a Masters.
