Getting through by phone?

Does anybody know how to get through to a real person? When I call their number 1.888.242.2100 I can't figure out which options to select to speak to a person.

I keep trying to submit documents through the webform but I keep getting a response saying the info I provided is incorrect.

AS in above post , but you MUST wait till she finishes her full speech then she will say FOR refugees etc... press 1,,NOW is the time to press 2,,1,,0 NOT before that's the trick that we MUST listen to voice prompt, which does not let u go ahead until certain stage. So try again let us know, also try at closing times say 1/2 hr just be4 closing
