Getting PR without any work experience

I want to ask everyone that I have CRS score of 447 without any kind of work experience as I did masters (back home) and post grad diploma in Canada and have good IELTS score & my sister is PR in canada . So do I am able to apply under EE without any sort of work experience?

No - you can't. You need at least one year of full time paid work experience in a skilled profession.
