I just completed my two year masters at McGill. I was wondering, what criteria would I have to meet in order to become a Permanent Resident of Quebec? Could I apply immediately for immigration, since that is the plan anyway and just skip the PGWP? I know French B2 level and have a Masters Engineering diploma with some experience in the field (less than 6 months though, just internships).
