Getting my passport renewed while my application is in progress

Hello,

I have received the ITA, submitted my documents, finished my medical exam and have also submitted my biometrics.
My application for PR under Federal Skilled Workers (FSW) is still in progress.

However, my passport has only 5 months validity remaining.

If I renew my passport, how should I update the new passport number to CIC? Should I do it through the Webform or is there any particular email address that I should send an email to?
