Getting married while PR application is in process

My PR application has been stuck at the biometrics submission stage due to closure of VFS offices in India. Now, I am getting married while my PR application is in process. My fiance is currently in Canada as a PR holder already. Do I need to include this information in my application?

Like I said, I am in the process, I have already applied, got an ITA, submitted documents and paid fees. My medical is clear too. So now shall I raise a web form informing about my marriage with a Canadian PR holder?
