I am divorced Canadian PR holder. My fiance wants to apply for visitors visa and come to Canada so we can get married. I already have a file open with canadian immigration from my previous marriage ( where my ex husband has claimed i married him just to come to Canada ) Is it recommended if my current Fiance comes here, we get married and apply for his PR or would it be better to wait and see the result of my current file?

getting a visitor visa is low approval rate because you here he needs strong ties to back home

IRCC won't process a sponsorship application while you are being investigated. I would wait until this investigation is closed before you apply to sponsor your new partner.

When did you originally land and become a PR?

Keep in mind, if you were sponsored less than 5 years ago, yourself, you cannot sponsor anyone until 5 years after the date on which you landed.

Also as pointed out above, if there's an investigation into your own status, it would not be wise (or possible, really) to start the process of sponsoring anyone else until that is resolved.
