I am currently studying here in Toronto. My boyfriend and I are planning to get married here in Toronto after he gets his tourist visa approved. May ask if this is possible? We were not able to get married in the Philippines before I left because of the lack of time. I appreciate your comments and suggestions. Thanks in advance
