Getting married before going to canada as foreign worker. help please!!

Me and my boyfriend are planning to get married a month or week before I go to Canada. I applied for a temporary work permit. What should I do if all the documents that I submitted was single status? Would this affect my application as LIC? help me please...

I just start processing my papers but i already had an employer.

i am under live in caregiver program working in canada.
i applied my papers with an employer (in canada) in june 2006 and i got an interview on 22nd jan 2010.
then i was issued trv for canada on 29th april 2010.
AND AFTER I APPLIED MY FILE IN EMBASSY I GAVE BIRTH TO MY DAUGHTER.SO AT THE TIME OF INTERVIEW THE VISA OFFICER TOLD ME STRICTLY THAT YOU SHOULD INFORM US BY FAX OR MAIL ABOUT YOUR BABY AT THE TIME OF HER BIRTH.
SO ANY CHANGE COMES IN YOUR STATUS AFTER YOU APPLY YOUR TRV YOU SHOULD INFORM THE CANADIAN IMMIGRATION( consulate general of canada) AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
