I am a Canadian citizen and I want to marry an Indian in India. I call the Embassy of India in Ottawa and they tell me that I must have a letter from their embassy ( indian embassy) in Ottawa. including my husband's name and date of marriage, is that correct?
And they told me i have to do it from Canada i can't do it from India?
