I have been told that as I am already living in Canada as a TFW, if I get approved for PR then I can travel to Edmonton to attend an interview to have my PR validated.
Has anyone followed this process? Experiences??
What questions are asked during the interview?
Do my children need to attend or can it just be my husband and I?

TIA

Since you are already in Canada, you have two option.

First- flagpole at the nearest border crossing- This is a quicker option.
Second- Book an appointment with Service Canada office- This usually takes about 2 months to get an appointment.
The questions asked will be same in both cases. usually straight forward questions confirming your name and identity. All members of the family included in the application will have to go through the landing process.

you will have to take the letter of confirmation of PR, passports and maybe few supporting documents- marriage certificate/birth certificates probably bank balance statements.
