Hi everyone,
I am student in Canada and I"ll graduate 2 years later. Recently, I found a job that my employer offers me a job offer to change my position from part time to full time. Now, I wanna know I should get LMIA or not? and after that my status will be close work permit or open work permit?

You don’t get a LMIA. Your employer has to apply, pay $1000 and then prove no Canadian can do the job. The processing takes months. Then if positive, you apply for a closed work permit. Process takes months. If the employer wants to wait months for you, then you can. You can’t work for anyone else on a closed work permit and your study permit is cancelled.

Yes she wants me to be a full time employee within 6 or 7 months. Do you think it’s possible?

What is the NOC? Well first she needs to show that she has posted the job for at least a month and then pay $1000 and apply for LMIA (market assessment). That can take 6-7 months or more. Then you apply for closed work permit. That will take a couple of months.

It's possible if your employer starts the LMIA process now. Make sure your employer follows the job advertising requirements. Your employer will almost certainly have to advertise the job again before submitting the LMIA application.

They advertise on Indeed for more than one month. And their advertisement includes job title, salary, benefits, job description, and qualifications. Is that enough? I mean they can start LMIA process because they asked me to do all process and they will provide all needed documents.

No - that's not enough. They will need to advertise for at least one month again, this time making sure they meet the LMIA minimum advertising requirements.
