This question is for Toronto people.
I live in East York. I am about to apply for Express Entry. I need to get PCC for India.
Proof of address is required according to Bls website checklist. I recently moved here and I dont have a photo ID bearing my address nor a lease or electricity bill.
Consulate General of India website states mobile bills and bank statements are not accepted.
Can anyone please suggest me what to do in this scenario. Any experiences?
