Getting admission in Humber college, Toronto.

Hello my name is Sarath Babu and am from India.I have got 9 backpapers during my b-tech(Mechanical engg).Now am trying for project management in humber college..I have got 60% aggregate for btech and my ielts is overall 7. listening-7.5,reading-7,writing-6 and speaking-6.5.
My question is that- will i be able to get an admission in humber college with this background??....the thing worries me is that 9 back papers..
Will they reject admission becoz of this...some one please say about this...

am a b.tech(ECE) graduate from Hyderabad(INDIA).
am planning to do diploma in canada and applying for jan 2014.
i have shortlisted two colleges
George Brown college and Humber college .
am totally confused abt selection of the college.
i need some suggestions.which is better college in matters of job placement and reputation.
which of the following courses have good scope in canada ?
Electro mechanical engg in george brown college
OR
Electronics engg technician at HUMBER
plz help
