Getting a Different job for AEO then work experience

Hello,
I been working as a Branch Manager for ADT for quite a lot(10+ years).
if you don't know what "ADT" is, it's like those security companies
where you install security eqt. at your house, company. etc.

And I also hold a "KOREAN COOK LICENSE" but have no work experience.
So, can I give my self 4+ year of experience(as a branch manager for ADT) at the experience point section
and have a AEO as a korean cook?
Or does it have to be the same job? OR is it okay since I have a "KOREAN FOOD COOK LICENSE" from the Korean national?

Got a AEO as NOC: 6242
and my work experience as a Manager is prob. NOC: 011 or NOC: 122.
My work experience as a manager is def. in the Skill 0, A, B.
Why does this matter?

AND I also heard they can refuse to not admit AEO points because some didn't have a good English Proficiency.
But mine, it's says on the job offer REQUIRED LANGUAGE: KOREAN, so even if I have no speakable English skills will they give me a mark?

That is one of the reason I got a AEO as a cook, even though I worked as a Manager for a years.
Hope that KOREAN COOK LICENSE shows that something...
