if some one has lost their asylum case in the U.S and now after 5 yrs got married to a Canadian resident. Will it be very difficult to get residence in Canada. Especially since they remained in the US after the case was lost

If the person wasn't admitted to the US for a year legally, then Buffalo will not process the application. Also the application will be looked a closely by whichever office processes it, as it will appear that if it is a sudden marriage, it is a last gasp attempt to stay in NA.

thank u pmm, the marriage is a legitimate one and . there is lots of proof . chat logs for every day, phone calls for ever y day and also many many trips to US by the sponsor. and lots of pictures for trips taken together in the Us. do u think there will be much problems or if the interview will be necessary
