I'm in Canada for several months. For some reason, IRCC cancelled my previous study permit and TRV and issued a new one for me. Today I got my passport back and there is a new counterfoil in it. Meanwhile, I received a POE (letter of introduction) in my GCkey account.
My question is where can I get my new study permit? I'm in Canada now and I don't have any plan to leave Canada recently. Did anyone have the same situation as me? Where did you get your study permit? Thanks.
