Get Study Permit from another province

Dear Friends,
Please help me. I've just applied for CSQ and since I know it may take more than 2 years to receive my visa, I'm planning to apply for a 2-year program in a college in another province. Now I worry that studing somwher else may affect negetively on my CSQ process.
What dou you think. Did anybody have the same experienc?

One needs to update any change in situation or information provided in application to immigration authorities. Quebec immigration will take a call based on that.

Yeah but I mean it would affect my officer's idea and may not convince him regarding my immigration as i'd choose another province for studying.

Possible. Why would they issue a CSQ when you have applied for 2 years study in another province and not in Quebec? Do you have a convincing answer?

Well studying in English is not realy affordable in Quebec.
