Do you think it is correct and logical while someone can apply under OINP e.g tech draw or others province programs with CRS 440 insist on (only and only) on Express Entry and try to increase scores to 463+ &more to get invitation just through a express entry ?
1 reason come in place is express drawing has been repeated each 2 weeks but no one known when will next draw of province like Ontario !
